Competent Person for Scaffolding Training
Course Description
The content of the program includes the scope and application of 29 CFR 1926. 450 to 454 and Appendix A Scaffolding. This program is designed for a Competent Person The program is eight hours in length. Participants receive a standard manual and are expected to pass an open book test with a grade of 80%.
Course Compliance Requirements
OSHA 29 1926.450-454 and Appendix A requires a competent person to oversee all construction of Scaffolding. This person must be certified to perform this duty.
