Crane Operator Certification Training
Course Description
All crane operators must know the skills and responsibilities of the riggers that are working with them. For this reason the program covers the same criteria as the Rigging Course plus the procedures required to safely operate a crane.
Course Compliance Requirements
API RP 2D require that all offshore crane operators be given eye tests, hearing tests, and training in proper crane operations. ANSI B30 applies to onshore operators to follow the same criteria.
