Defensive Driving Training
Course Description
SEOT-SCAT uses the National Safety Council's Courses in all of our Defensive Driving Classes. There are 4-hour, 6-hour and 8-hour versions of this course. Also available is a course combining 4-hour classroom and Commentary Hands-On Driving.
Course Compliance Requirements
Although there are no specific regulatory requirements for non-commercial drivers, many insurance companies offer substantial reductions of insurance premiums for both the company and employees. In addition, the Standard Operating Procedures of many companies require defensive driving to be taught to their employees to enhance their safety program. Your customers often require contractors to have defensive driving classes.
