Drug & Alcohol Abuse Training
Course Description
This program gives the employee a thorough understanding of the company's Drug and Alcohol program. It covers the requirements of employee drug and alcohol testing procedures for the Department of Transportation (DOT) and Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA).
Course Compliance Requirements
49 CFR PART 199 and PART 140 requires a one time implementation one hour training for all Employees. Only update requirements are performed if the regulation has changed. This update will be done as soon after employment as possible.
