Course Description

This comprehensive First Aid/CPR program provides employees with the skills knowledge, and confidence to administer emergency treatment which may mean the difference between life and death. The Emergency Medic First Aid Course provides workers with effective accident prevention skills and knowledge.

Course Compliance Requirements

U.S. Coast Guard (33 CFR), MMS (API RP T-5), and OSHA (29 CFR 1910.151) require that an adequate number of employees at each location will be trained to render First Aid/CPR in the absence of a medical facility in near proximity. The CPR portion of this course requires a yearly refresher and the First Aid portion requires a two year refresher.
