Incipient Firefighting Training
Course Description
This course is a four hour (4) presentation designed to introduce the employee to the theory of fires, and the operation, inspection and maintenance of fire fighting equipment.
Course Compliance Requirements
The MMS (API RP T-4, T-5) and the U.S. Coast Guard require training at least every two years. OSHA 29 CFR 1910.157 requires that employers provide employee fire fighting training annually.
