Lockout/Tagout Training
Course Description
This course will teach employees who work on equipment or process systems, to prevent accidental or inadvertent energizing. In a recent fiscal year, there were nearly 3,500 violations for not having a compulsory lockout/tagout program and not following the mandated procedures. Every year, people are killed on the job because they are unfamiliar with the hazards associated with stored energy. Our goal is to help employees and your company prevent these accidents from happening, and to reduce the amount of violations that are placed on companies for non-compliance.
Course Compliance Requirements
OSHA 29 CFR 1910.147 states that all companies will have formal Lockout/Tagout program and train their employees in its uses.
