Supervisor Safety Training
Course Description
This course is designed to educate the supervisor of his/her responsibilities that have been placed on him/her by the various safety regulations. Each company represented in the class will have a manual that is specific to their company's Standard Operating Procedures. We will emphasize the company's Commitment to their Safety Policy which is to be upheld by all company employees. We will participate in exercises which will demonstrate the benefits of a positive attitude and Effective Communication in the workplace. Finally, the concept of Job Safety Analysis is taught as a hands-on table top exercise.
Course Compliance Requirements
OSHA (29CFR 1910.119 (h) (3) (i) Process Safety Management states that the employer will train each employee to a level to properly perform their job.
